GES Recruitment: Documents to submit to Regional Office

For the commencement of the Ghana Education Service (GES) Posting, GES in no time will announce the official and exact date for the exercise and open the portal to that effect.

After receiving the posting message, the next step is the submission of the following relevant documents to the Regional Office (your region of posting).

Be informed that you are to submit photocopies of the listed below documents to the Regional Office not the original copies.

1. A printout of the Appointment letter for the posting and the Acceptance letter.

2. Academic certificates –WASSCE/ SSSCE, BECE, among others

3. Earned professional certificate (i.e. B.Ed for the Degree/ Diploma cert.).

4. Valid national ID (Ghana Card is required).

5. SSNIT card

6. Bank account number that will receive the salary.

7. License certificate (NTC license).

8. Medical report (not needed much but, in some cases).

9. National Service certificate (NSS certificate).

10. Birth certificate (Biometric).

11. Passport picture.

12. Make copies of the documents listed above (4 copies).

As the day approaches, you are urged to prepare ahead by gathering the needed documents for GES Recruitment. Do not get stuck. Kindly start preparing your documents before the official announcement of the GES Posting.
