After the purchase of the NTC Indexing Number and Voucher, the final stage for the preparation is to register using the Serial Number, PIN, and NTC Indexing Number you bought.
How to register using Serial Number, PIN, NTC Indexing Number
Visit the official website of the Council again via the link https://exams.ntc.gov.gh/ and proceed.
Locate “New Registration” and click it.
Next, enter the purchased Serial Number and Pin, NTC Indexing Number, and tick disability status in the provided fields there and send/submit.
Select your preferred centre from the list of centres available and continue.

The next page will display your Exam ID
Below the Exam ID is Biodata. Make sure you fill in all the fields there and upload a passport picture.
Exercise patience in the process to avoid any errors.
NB: At the bottom of the form, tick the box that reads “I have read the examination rules & regulations“
How To Print The Registration Form
After ticking the box which reads “I have read the examination rules & regulations,” you will see three (3) action buttons right below the box.
Select “Registration Form” and wait for the next action.
Finally, save the displayed form and print it out.
On the form, you will see the Exam Timetable and your respective particulars.
Read the instruction on the form also.
