The Ministry of Education has announced the commencement of the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) for the 2024/2025 academic year. This process, which will take place in September 2025, aims to place students in Senior High Schools and Technical Vocational Training Schools.
In a press release, the Ministry emphasized that securing a school placement is absolutely free and warned parents and guardians against paying money to anyone, including ministry officials or third parties, for this service.
The Ministry stated urged all parents and guardians to be vigilant and report anyone demanding payment for school placement to the Ghana Police Service, the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP), or the CSSPS secretariat.
