As part of GATE’s strategic welfare initiatives, they are forming a nationwide research team to address the concerns of their members.

GATE is inviting hands on deck for research!
GATE is inviting passionate and experienced researchers to join their team from all sixteen (16) regions in Ghana. As a member of the GATE research team, you’ll contribute to:
Tasks to be undertaken as a member
- Investigating pressing issues affecting educators in Ghana
- Informing policy decisions and advocacy efforts
- Developing evidence-based solutions to enhance education
Requirements to join the GATE Research Team
- A Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s degree or higher in Education or any related field.
- Passionate about conducting research (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods)
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Ghana’s education sector
