The Teacher Union, Global Association of Transformational Educators (GATE) is inviting nominations for the Inspiring Female Educators Award 2025 category.
The Union, through this award, wants to celebrate and honor female educators who are shaping the future.
GATE will present the award during the International Women’s Day 2025 celebration (Saturday, March 8, 2025).
Why “GATE Inspiring Female Educators Award 2025”?
The GATE Inspiring Female Educators Award 2025 is meant to recognize outstanding female educators who have made significant contributions to education, demonstrated innovative teaching practices, and empowered students and communities through their dedication and leadership.

Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for this award are as follows–
Participants MUST:
- be a member of the Global Association of Transformational Educators-GATE.
- be a female educator (teacher, lecturer, administrator, or educational leader).
- have demonstrated excellence in teaching, leadership, or community engagement.
- be making a significant impact in their school or community.
- be open to educators at all levels (primary, secondary, or higher education).
Proposal submission guidelines
All interested individuals are to submit a proposal including:
- Nominee’s Full name & contact details
- Brief biography (Max 300 words)
- Teaching Philosophy
- Description of Achievements & Impact (Max 500 words)
- A Recent Picture

As announced, the deadline for the submission of the proposal for the GATE Inspiring Female Educators Award 2025 is Tuesday, 4th March 2025 at 11:59 PM GMT.
