UCC 2023/2024 StuFSO scholarship -Check and apply
The University of Cape Coast (UCC) has published its 2023/2024 Student’s Financial Support Office (StuFSO) scholarship details and encourages eligible regular students to apply.
The university stated the following as their objective for the support:
- Providing financial support in the form of bursaries and scholarships to Needy but brilliant students of the University of Cape Coast.
2. Ensuring transparency in administering financial assistance to students.
3. Identifying university-based paid jobs that could be offered to students by the University to support their upkeep and training needs without compromising their academic work.
4. Engaging in aggressive fundraising activities for the sustainability of StuFSO
5. They support needy but brilliant regular students with the aim of providing equal educational opportunities and a sound environment free from financial tensions and emotions to all brilliant/promising but needy students of the University.
6. They give financial support at the University in the form of a full scholarship, partial scholarship, provision of accommodation, fee arrangements, and, on-campus work-study or part-time job opportunities for students.

Who is eligible for the UCC 2023/2024 StuFSO scholarship?
Eligible students for consideration MUST satisfy the following conditions stated by the office:
- The applicant MUST be a Ghanaian by birth.
- The applicant MUST be enrolled as a student of the University of Cape Coast on full-time regular programmes..
- The applicant MUST have completed at least one academic year of studies.
- The applicant MUST have a CGPA of 2.5 or better ( current 1st-year students can apply).
- The applicant MUST be able to demonstrate financial need and must be ready to supply any documentary evidence for decision-making.
- The applicant MUST not be a beneficiary of another scholarship scheme.
- The applicant MUST be brilliant as determined by the University.
- The applicant MUST complete an application form by providing the right information.

- Kindly visit the website of the university via >> https://apply-stufso.ucc.edu.gh/ from the start date and continue.
- You will be asked to create an account to sign up (i.e. for new applicants) or/ students with existing accounts are to SIGN IN only using their institutional email.
- After the above step, upload the necessary supporting documents and submit them for processing.
