GES has listed the needed documents applicants have to possess before applying for recruitment. According to GES, the recruitment is for only the first batch (2022) of Degree holders from all the 46 accredited Colleges of Education.

Criteria for GES Recruitment

Applicants MUST meet the following criteria for consideration

1. Completed College of Education in 2022 and has no outstanding examination or referrals.
2. Completed the mandatory National Service.
3. Passed the National Teacher Licensure Examination.
4. Ready to work wherever his/her services would be needed.

All applicants are to apply through the GES portal www.gespromotions.gov.gh and proceed with the steps.

GES Recruitment Start Date and Deadline

According to GES, the recruitment portal will be open on 15th May 2024 and closed on 17th June 2024. This means the application deadline is 17th June 2024.

1. Degree Certificate
2. NSS Certificate
3. NTC Licensure Number
4. Ghana card
5. Passport-sized photograph
