- The first and foremost step is to visit the Teacher Portal Ghana.
Use the official >>>link to verify your GTLE details sent to the employer, GES.
- When the portal opens, you will be required to provide/enter your Exam ID.
Take note: This index number starts with GTLE/……
For easy identification and recollection, kindly check the printout you sent to the examination centre for the Licensure exam. - Next, click the “search button” there and wait for seconds. The portal will display the details sent to GES for recruitment.

Take note: You have to wait for seconds because the system has to verify the Exam ID you entered into the database against the one sent by NTC to GES.
- Cross-check displayed details. The sent essential details for GES Posting will be displayed including your photo on the license.
In the case where yours has not been displayed, it means your details have not been sent to the employer, GES.
