How to register on NTC Teacher Portal Ghana: Registration Process
- Kindly visit the NTC Teacher Portal’s official website <<HERE>>
A menu will be displayed asking you to log in. Do not log in via the displayed option below 👇 as a new teacher/Newly Posted Teacher.

Next, locate the “Home icon at the far top left corner. Click the icon and wait for another display.
Expect a pop-up menu having “FAQs” and “Close” on a white background.
Select “Close” to pave the way for the next step.
Select “Register now” in the rectangular bar.

After the above step, another menu will open for the main process. Since you’re to create an account, choose the first option titled “Teacher Signup“

After clicking “Teacher Signup” wait for a menu and fill in all the required details, such as:
-Full name, last name, other names
-Email address
– Telephone/phone number/your reliable contact
-Password
NB: Ensure every provided detail is correct.

Send the particulars using the “Send registration link” button.

After submission, check your email and click the activation link from NTC.
Return to the portal and click “Teacher Login”.
Create your profile and submit all the necessary details.
Under Category of Teacher, choose “Public”.

The official WhatsApp contact of NTC will request your current payslip, SSNIT number, and first appointment letter (you can send it without being asked to).
After about an hour of waiting, log in again and continue.
- After completing all sections, a check mark (✅) will show at the bottom-left corner, indicating you’re 100% done.
- Wait up to 24 hours to receive your activation message (SMS) containing your license number.
NB: Some also got their activation message on the spot or immediately.

How to submit required documents: Tips for document submission
Prepare soft copies of the following for submission
- College Certificate (evidence of professional qualification)
- NTC license certificate
- First appointment letter (Appointment letter bearing the Director-General of GES’s signature).
- WASSCE Certificate (optional)
- Your Passport-size photograph
NB: Apart from the passport photo, all other documents are to be in PDF format. The system will reject if you do not comply with the document format for submission.
